Perspectives: A Path to Equality and an End to Racism - Poem
In this great land, where freedom rings, we all should have the same rights and wings. But still, we see division and strife, and racism and prejudice causing an end to a life.
But what if we could see each other’s view, and understand that we’re all the same, me and you? That our differences are what make us strong, and by embracing them, we can right the wrong.
So let us listen, with open hearts and minds, to the stories and experiences of all kinds. For in doing so, we can learn and grow and help to end the hate, that we've come to know.
For we are all, just human after all, with love, pain, and dreams, standing tall. And when we see each other, as one, we can create a world, where equality has won.
So let us come together, hand in hand, and work towards a future, where all are grand. For in unity, there is strength and peace, and a brighter tomorrow, that will never cease.
